Introduction

At Agamya Cyber Tech, we strive to provide high-quality cybersecurity and digital forensics services. We understand that sometimes situations arise where a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted and the process for requesting a refund.

Services Covered

This refund policy applies to all services provided by Agamya Cyber Tech, including but not limited to:

  • IS/ ISO Audits – (ISO/IEC 27001 (Which includes 27001, 2022), and ISO/IEC 9001),
  • VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing),
  • Network Infrastructure Audit,
  • Wireless, Cloud, IoT & OT Security,
  • Mobile Application Penetration Testing,
  • Digital Forensics,
  • Malware Analysis,
  • Cyber Crime Investigation, and
  • Corporate Training

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as described or agreed upon.
  • The service was not completed within the agreed timeframe, and the delay was not caused by the client.
  • The client is not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, and a resolution cannot be achieved through revisions or additional support.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
  • Partial completion of services where the client decides to terminate the agreement.
  • Any third-party costs incurred during the delivery of services (e.g., software licenses, hardware purchases).

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to info@agamyacybertech.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Include your name, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.

  1. Review: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information or clarification.
  2. Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue through revisions, additional support, or other means. If a resolution cannot be achieved, a refund will be processed.
  3. Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will notify you via email and process the refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, we will work with you to determine an alternative method.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
